Course Outline
This programme empowers your team to further advance their influencing capabilities. It is designed for team members who have already established foundational communication and influencing skills through previous training initiatives or formal development opportunities.
Requirements
• Participants complete an online 360-degree survey consisting of 48 questions. This allows you to provide self-feedback as well as gather input from up to seven colleagues, offering insight into your current influence behaviors. Please note that these responses are not anonymous. • The resulting report is connected to the Influencing Behaviour Model utilized in the programme and will be reviewed during the course.
