The curriculum also highlights the importance of understanding the team's position within the ART, focusing on collaboration, planning, execution, and continuous improvement alongside other teams.

The training equips teams to engage in Program Increments (PI), addressing both team-level and program-level events, with a strong emphasis on PI planning sessions. Upon completing the course, participants will be ready to take the certification exam to become a SAFe® Practitioner (SP).
