Agile Project Management with Kanban Training Course

Participate in this instructor-led live training in South Korea to gain mastery over Agile project management through Kanban and Jira. Learners will acquire the skills to implement Kanban workflows, tailor Jira to their organizational needs, conduct advanced searches, and produce reports that boost team efficiency.

Kanban is a workflow management method.

This instructor-led, live training (online or onsite) is aimed at both beginner-level and advanced-level participants. The knowledge and tools provided can be applied in your daily work to optimize workflow efficiency.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

• Increase the number of work items completed per unit of time.
• Reduce the time required to complete work items.
• Improve work predictability (providing better answers to "When will it be done?").
• Manage flow metrics (throughput, lead time, work in progress, work item age).
• Use flow charts (Cumulative Flow Diagram, Lead Time Histogram, Work Aging Chart).
• Utilize statistical forecasting methods, such as Monte Carlo simulations and Service Level Agreement.
• Design a Kanban System in a methodological way (STATIK).
• Understand Little's Law, which describes the nature of value flow.

This two-day program is crafted to assist teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) in operating efficiently within an Agile ecosystem by leveraging frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Attendees will gain insights into functioning as Agile Teams, managing backlogs, and successfully planning and executing iterations. The curriculum also highlights the importance of understanding a team’s position within the ART and how to collaborate, plan, execute, and drive continuous improvement alongside peer teams.

The training equips teams to engage in a Program Increment (PI), encompassing both Team-level and Program-level activities, with a strong emphasis on preparing for upcoming PI planning sessions. Upon completing the course, participants will be ready to take the certification exam to earn their SAFe® Practitioner (SP) credential.
